Community Classes
We believe yoga should be accessible to everyone. Every Body deserves the chance to move, breathe, and find strength no matter experience or ability to pay.
COMMUNITY YOGA - $7 Classes
Community Yoga is how we at Hot Yoga of East Nashville provide a space for every Body to find strength and healing through yoga. Located in a historic East Nashville building, (formerly the East Nashville Cooperative – a food bank, health and welfare ministry) this yoga community is home to artists, musicians, entrepreneurs, students, moms, dads, and everyone in between.
Our studio is a place where everyone can find movement, stillness, and strength inside of their minds and bodies. The yoga we teach can truly restore a person’s sense of well-being and broaden their possibilities through both physical and mental stretching. While yogis of all ages, shapes, and sizes will find similar benefits by coming to their mats, there is one glaring obstacle that many people face: financial difficulty.
To help keep yoga accessible, we are offering Community Yoga Classes for $7. Any class that states Community Class is included in this offering. This affordable price allows more people to experience the benefits of yoga while helping us to continue providing a welcoming environment for our community. No membership is required - all that is needed is to sign up, show up, and practice with us. Please remember that our classrooms do fill up, and a first-come-first-serve policy will be in place.
100% of the proceeds will be given to Deep Roots Non Profit, supporting trauma-informed wellness programs for women healing from addiction, trafficking, and other life challenges. Every class you attend not only supports your own well-being but also helps make healing more accessible for others.
