HOT 26
Hot-26 (Bikram Method Yoga) is a sequence of 26 postures practiced in a room heated to 104–106° with about 40% humidity. The heat helps the body safely move deeper into each pose, increasing flexibility while reducing the risk of injury. It also boosts circulation, supports detoxification through sweat, and elevates the cardiovascular challenge. This practice strengthens focus, discipline, and mental clarity while improving mobility, posture, and overall physical health.

HOT 26 FUSION
Hot 26 Fusion is a heated fusion of the classic 26-posture sequence and power flow, blending traditional postures with eight additional poses for a dynamic, modern practice. This class weaves classic hatha-style asanas with fluid vinyasa transitions, helping you build strength, balance, and focus - all while moving with intentional heat and flow. The added poses increase challenge and variety, keeping the practice fresh and engaging while deepening your flexibility and stability.

POWER FLOW
Power Yoga (Vinyasa Flow) yoga provides a variety to one’s workout routine. The classes and postures are unique and new every day. In this style of yoga, the students flow dynamically between postures, gaining a fun & spontaneous yoga experience. Power Yoga classes combine standing postures, sun salutations, and floor postures for an energizing, cardiovascular, full-body workout. Power Flow classes combine breath control with postures designed to strengthen the body, develop flexibility and improve stamina.

YOGA SCULPT
A dynamic blend of Vinyasa Yoga and HIIT, combining weights and resistance bands for a full-body, strength-building flow. Move through energizing, music-driven sequences that build heat, power, and flexibility—while keeping the experience fun, fluid, and intuitive. Each class ends with a grounding, empowering breathwork session to reset your mind and set the tone for your day. Light to heavier weights are available based on your preference and desired intensity.

BUTI YOGA
Buti Yoga is a dynamic practice of vinyasa and hatha yoga sequences with added movement + Cardio-intensive bursts of Tribal Dance and primal movement. Prepare to loose your inhibitions and have a crazy amount of fun! Buti Yoga utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique to sculpt + tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body. Instead of linear movements, the spiral structure technique and other Buti yoga movements challenge the body along all planes of motion.

YIN YOGA
Yin Yoga is a slow, grounding practice that targets the deep connective tissues of the body. The postures are held for several minutes to gently increase flexibility, improve joint mobility, and calm the nervous system. Yin is ideal for anyone seeking deep release, stillness, and stress relief. Yin yoga requires conscious and controlled breathing, often emphasized by relaxed belly breathing. This intimate practice encourages yogis to connect with their physical self, emotions, and sensations.

RESTORATIVE YOGA
Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing practice focused on slowing down, and gently opening the body through fully supported postures. With the aid of props, each pose is held comfortably for a longer period of time in order to encourage relaxation and provide a sense of ease throughout the body and mind. Restorative Yoga helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing the improvement of sleep and enhancement of emotional balance.

Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga is a specialized yoga practice for pregnancy and postpartum. It combines safe poses with breathwork & strength-building sequences designed to empower your body through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum recovery. This practice helps increase core and pelvic strength, improve stamina , and support emotional well-being. Each class provides modifications for all stages, creating a challenging yet safe environment where pre & postnatal yogis can feel empowered in their bodies.
