Meet Our Yoga Trainers

Missy Caldwell, 500-HR RYT, Baptiste Power Flow, Yin, 1000-HR Yoga Therapy Certified, Trauma Informed.

Originally from Oxford, Mississippi, she came to yoga in her late thirties after the birth of her son. What began with gentle and restorative classes soon unfolded into a deeper journey of healing and transformation. Through the discipline and intensity of power flow, a quiet inner shift began—inviting a deeper sense of presence, surrender, and healing.

Deeply rooted in the philosophy of yoga, she brings a thoughtful and compassionate presence to her practice. Outside the studio, she finds joy in music, soulful travel with her husband, and exploring the world through food and connection. Her most courageous act continues to be choosing faith in herself—again and again and again.


Brooke Allison, E-RYT 500, E-RYT 200

Brooke’s stepped into her first hot yoga class on a rainy Seattle day in 2007. She was exclusively a marathoner at that time but found herself haunted by how she felt after that 104-degree Bikram yoga class. She practiced regularly from that day forward and began teaching at that same studio 5 years later, just prior to opening her own studio in Nashville in 2012. Since then, Brooke has built a yoga community in Nashville that is recognized for its diversity, warm welcome, and strong foundation in both the teachers and the students. Brooke teaches a variety of yoga classes, from Bikram to Buti and everything in between. Her classes are typically known to be quite challenging, even when she’s trying to go easy. Through her teaching, she seeks to inspire students to find their inner calm and to connect with the strength and intuition of their true self. She is currently working on building her adventure yoga retreat, the Rising Wolf, in Glacier, Montana.

Blaque Reily, Guiding Yoga Professionals to Business Clarity

Blaque Reily brings two decades of dedicated yoga practice and a strong foundation in yoga philosophy, uniquely complementing her business background. With an MBA from Vanderbilt, emphasizing entrepreneurship, Blaque gained practical experience working with small creative businesses. She then successfully launched and operated her own Portmanteau Jewelry Collection, navigating the entire process from concept to securing funding to daily operations.

Drawing directly from these experiences as an owner and founder, Blaque transitioned into advising clients across various small businesses, including those in the wellness industry. She understands the critical junctures entrepreneurs face and is dedicated to sharing her firsthand knowledge of balancing profitability, time, and core values. Having co-designed this course, this will be the fourth time Blaque teaches it with Brooke Allison, empowering wellness professionals to build sustainable, well-managed businesses aligned with their personal vision.


Sarah Grace, E-RYT 500, E-RYT 200

Sarah has spent 20 years practicing and studying yoga. She began teaching in 2003 and has sought training and education in various yoga styles, including Bikram Yoga (2003), and vinyasa-based Samarya Yoga, completing the Samarya 200hr YTT in 2013. She also practices Ashtanga Yoga at Troy Lucero's Acme Yoga Project in Seattle, where she has taught and apprenticed since 2014. Sarah currently teaches a variety of yoga classes, private students, workshops and teacher training programs, both in Seattle and in cities around the U.S. She is inspired by the natural intelligence, ease, insight and sense of personal and community connection brought forth by a consistent yoga practice and seeks to help cultivate these qualities in students of every age, experience level and ability with her skillful, patient, and thoughtful teaching style.

Claudia Neely


Gillian St. Clair

Gillian St. Clair is a renowned yoga and movement teacher known for helping others connect mind, body, and spirit through creative, individualized practices. Raised by traveling ministers across Europe and the U.S., Gillian’s early life was shaped by movement, listening, and deep observation—qualities that continue to inform her teaching today. With a background in ballet and contemporary dance, she began her asana practice in 1999 and has since studied extensively across yoga styles and movement modalities. Her classes integrate dance, mobility, and strength training, all delivered with warmth, humor, and a sense of playful curiosity. Often called “the teacher’s teacher,” Gillian is based in Nashville, TN, and is considered one of the most respected instructors in the Southeast. As director of the Steadfast Yoga School, she continues to lead 200- and 300-hour teacher trainings with passion and presence. Gillian’s greatest joy comes from connection—whether through movement, shared laughter, or her deep love for her husband Jason and their daughter Sydelle.


Evan Galante, XPT-Certified Coach

Evan is a breathwork facilitator, wellness guide, and community builder with a passion for helping people reconnect to the power of their own breath. A lifelong student of embodied presence, Evan’s relationship with breath began as a child—practicing circular breathing with stacks of books on his chest while learning saxophone. That early curiosity evolved into a foundation for his decades-long career as a record producer and musician, and later as a guide for somatic wellness practices. Drawing from global wellness traditions including Japanese concepts of ikigai and misogi, and Finnish principles of sisu and löyly, Evan has developed a holistic approach to wellness rooted in community, accessibility, and authentic connection. As co-founder of Lolu, a contrast therapy studio in East Nashville, he guides individuals through transformative experiences that integrate breathwork with sauna and cold plunge therapies. For Evan, breathwork is more than technique—it’s a pathway to whole-person health.


Shea Walker

Shea (she/her) is an ECYT, an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, and an Empowered Wisdom Yoga Nidra Facilitator.  She has been studying yoga since 1998 and teaching publicly since 2016. Her offerings are informed by the teachings of the Himalayan Masters, Sri Vidya Tantra, and Ayurveda.  Shea’s classes weave together yoga asana, philosophy, pranayama, ayurvedic concepts and self-inquiry.  Her passion and purpose is sharing these tools with others so they can explore mind, body, and spirit, on and off the mat, creating deep transformation.

Since 2016, Shea has been teaching public and private yoga classes, leading workshops in yoga, Ayurveda, and yoga nidra, as well as mentoring private clients and sitting on various YTT faculty.
